Our Policies

Appointment Policy:

  • Appointments require a $25 deposit, which is non-refundable.

  • Clients have 24 hours prior to the appointment to cancel or reschedule without forfeiting their deposit.

  • Failure to cancel or reschedule within the 24-hour window will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • No-shows will also result in forfeiture of your payment.

    Membership Policy:

    • For spa members, any missed appointments or rescheduling made within the 24-hour window will count as the session compensated for the month.

    Package Policy:

    • For package clients, missed appointments or rescheduling within the 24-hour window will result in the deduction of the session from their package.

    Refund Policy:

    • There are no refunds for services rendered.

    Late arrival Policy:

    • We strive to accommodate all clients on time. However, please understand that arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid inconveniencing other guests. Appointment will be cancelled after 15 mins of late arrival.

    Health Conditions Disclosure:

    • Please inform your therapist of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to your treatment to ensure your safety and well-being.

    Age Requirement:

    • Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and may have specific treatment restrictions.

    Payment Policy:

    • Payment is due at the time of service.

    • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of electronic payment.

    Gratuity:

    • Gratuities are appreciated and are at the discretion of the client. They can be given directly to your therapist or added to your payment.

    Personal Belongings:

    • We recommend leaving valuable items at home or away. The spa is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.

    Cell Phone Policy:

    • To maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all guests, we kindly ask that you silence your cell phone or electronic devices during your visit.

    Etiquette:

    • Please respect the tranquility of the spa environment by speaking softly and refraining from disruptive behavior.
